He also explained everything clearly, prescribed the right medicines, and emphasized maintaining good immunity to help prevent future issues. I had a great experience at this skin clinic. Dr. Shantanu is extremely polite, patient, and professional. My mother consulted him, and he took the time to examine her thoroughly, explained her condition in detail, discussed the treatment plan, and prescribed the necessary medications without rushing the consultation. Initially, Dr. Shantanu mentioned that we could collect the medicines from the clinic and he would explain the prescription afterward. However, since we decided not to purchase the medicines at that time, he still patiently explained every medication and instruction in detail without any hesitation or pressure. This was something we truly appreciated, as it reflects his genuine concern for his patients rather than focusing on medicine sales. The clinic staff, including the appointment coordinator, are also very courteous and helpful. Recently, I called because I couldn't understand the name of one of the prescribed medicines, and they promptly checked with the pharmacist and provided the correct details. Since I live in Assam, I also truly appreciate that Dr. Shantanu offers virtual consultations, which makes follow-up care much more convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend Dr. Shantanu and his team for their professionalism, kindness, and patient-centered approach.😇
